Caravan Bakery – Wood-Fired Sourdough Pizza on Wheels! We’re a local, family-run travelling oven serving handcrafted 10” individual sourdough pizzas — baked fresh on-site in our wood-fired oven. Our dough is made with organic ingredients and slow-fermented for 19 hours, giving it the perfect flavour and texture. We believe in local supporting local, and proudly source ingredients from New Brunswick farmers and producers whenever we can. Come grab your own personal fire-roasted pizza — made fresh, hot, and just for you! We travel around to different markets, campgrounds, festivals, and stores. We can be hired for private events and weddings.
