Mandate: The Committee of the Whole (COTW) serves as a forum for all members of Council to meet collectively for the purpose of in-depth discussion, and advise on matters related to governance, policy development, and municipal operations. The COTW enables Council to explore issues more thoroughly prior to making formal decisions at Regular Council meetings.

Chair: Mayor Robert Stoney

Members: The Committee of the Whole shall be comprised of all members of Council, supported by the Clerk and/or designate, and other municipal staff as required. External subject-matter experts may be invited to participate at the direction of Council when beneficial to committee business.
